Due to there being such a high demand for the long-term, low-cost psychotherapy we offer, we are full to capacity with applications. Unfortunately, are unable to give a timeframe for when we will be able to reopen. Check back here for updates.

Do you live in Sheffield? (we only have funding to offer Sheffield residents therapy)

Can you commit to weekly, face to face sessions? (they will be on the same day and time each week)

Can you pay our low cost fees? (unfortunately, our charity organisation heavily relies on our client fees)

Are you accessing therapy elsewhere? (if you are receiving therapy elsewhere, we won't be able to offer you sessions with us until your therapy has come to an end)

How to find us

Share is situated in Paradise Square, just off Campo Lane, behind the cathedral, in Sheffield city centre.

We do not have any parking available but there are plenty of city centre car parks and there is on-street parking on the roads around us.

We are a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral tram stop, and a 2 minute walk from the Church Street bus stops.
