Share Psychotherapy has many years' experience of offering a four-year psychoanalytic training for our voluntary therapists. We also offer consultation and clinical supervision to psychotherapists and other people, such as teachers, medical employees and church professionals.
Work-related supervision
Non-managerial work and supervision is offered to professionals interested in developing their understanding of the psychological experiences and needs of clients. This can be either individual or group supervision. Our supervisors come from a variety of cultural backgrounds, with a wide range of professional expertise.
Team Building
Share Psychotherapy also offers team-building services, either to facilitate an external group leader, a one-off meeting, such as an away day or a planned series of meetings. This can be a very helpful way of creating a special setting in which to think about workplace relations.
Organisational Psychoanalytic Consultancy
A psychoanalytic consultant from Share Psychotherapy would visit your organisation/business, over a period of time, to help you think through the development, implementation and processing of change. This could be a one-off meeting or an ongoing group process.
